There are three differences between who you are today and who you will be tomorrow, next, year, and for every year of your life to come:
1. The books you read
2. The people you associate with
3. The goals you set
Of the three, the one that trumps all others is “The goals you set”. Setting goals has been identified as a prerequisite for success and everyone has goals to one extent or another. What separates successful goal setting and achievement from wishful thinking and dreaming is having a goal or goals that are congruent with your purpose. Joy in life comes when our actions are in line with our purpose. In the Goals Workout we’ll take you step by step through the process of identifying what your real purpose in life is, how that will guide your goals in the five key goal setting areas, and how to plan for a simple yet powerful process to achieve the life of your dreams.
